For years I have loved and taken greens first and now greens first pro! It never hurts to add more greens and unusual foods like Noni and chlorella into our diets. I can drink 1 scoop with water and be recharged if I don’t have time for a lunch or I always put in our family smoothies for flavor and boost of even more nutrition. Also it alkalinizes our bodies to help ward off disease.
